Goal

Develop your ability to think strategically in order to make better decisions in your leadership role on a daily basis.

Learning Objectives

  • Know and master the three pillars of strategic thinking, and use them on a daily basis to act with more impact and agility.
  • Identify and analyze the core competencies of strategic leadership.
  • Use tools such as the Impact Gaps Canvas or changing perceptual positions to effectively raise an issue.
  • Question the role of artificial intelligence in strategy development and execution.
