Fees<\/h4>\n

The registration fees include the cost of participation, the training materials and the breaks and lunches, where applicable.<\/p>\n

The fees must be paid in full before the beginning of the course.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

Official attestations<\/h4>\n

Anyone who participates in a structured training activity to the satisfaction of CFC Group will receive an attestation stating the professional development units (PDUs) earned. One unit (PDU) is equal to ten hours of participation.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

Act to Promote Workforce Skills Development and Recognition<\/h4>\n

CFC Group is a training organization that has been certified by the Commission des partenaires du march\u00e9 du travail (Certification no. 0057388).[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Cancellation policy<\/p>\n

For cancellation or deferral:<\/p>\n

  • Short-term activities:
    \n<\/strong>No fee is charged 10 business days before the beginning of the activity.
    \n50% of the regular registration fee is charged if the 10-day cancellation date<\/u> is not met.
    \n100% of the regular registration fee is charged for withdrawal or deferral less than 72 business hours<\/u> before the activity begins or if the participant is absent from the activity.
    \nSubstitute participants for the same activity are accepted with no charge.<\/li>\n
